On January 24, KXAN News at Noon did a segment on KMFA and the Top 47 Listener Favorites Countdown that was starting the following day. They even did a live in-studio interview with President/General Manager Ann Hume Wilson.
This was all because of my media advisory pitch – thanks so much to KXAN for the great features!

Just wanted to give a shout out to my great Uncle Howard Twilley for being honored with his teammates from the 1973 Miami Dolphins football team at The White House today. It was part of a ceremony to celebrate the team for being the only undefeated team in NFL history.

During my trip with KMFA Classically Austin to see the National Public Radio program “From the Top” recording at the Texas State International Piano Festival on June 8, 2013, I participated in a live tweeting session on behalf of KMFA during the program. “From the Top” enjoyed our live tweeting so much that they retweeted our tweets throughout the show and gave our live tweeting a shout-out in addition to interacting with us throughout the program on Twitter.
The screenshot below provides a quick scene from that live tweeting session. You can follow KMFA on Twitter @KMFAClassical.
